Please note that custom-fitted grillz and personalized jewelry are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature and hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Place the item in its original London Grillz presentation box and ensure it is safely packed in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a tracked shipping service to the return address provided by our customer service team.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the piece; approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
